AirBNB Influencer Contact and Data Gathering
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We're looking for people who have relationships with lots (1000's or more) of AirBnB, Short Term Rental (STR), Vacation Rental By Owner (VRBO) owners and investors. For this job, AirBnB, STR and VBRO are interchangeable.
These can be:
Instagram Influencers
STR Educational Course owners (Great!)
AirBnB rental data providers (We want US owners, but data companies work world-wide)
STR software companies
AirBnB decorators
Marketing Agencies that focus on AirBnB's
YouTuber's who focus on AirBnB's
These are just some of the sources that would be good fits, but anyone who you can find that has a following that actively invests, managers or interacts with AirBnB/STR/VRBO owners could be a good fit.
We have a list of 30 leads that are good examples of the information we need, so you're not starting cold.
The data needed includes:
- Contact information: This means obtaining the influencers' email addresses, phone numbers, and all related social media handles.
These can be Short Term Rental course creators - this is a great fit. For an example of this, here's one lead we've already contacted that would be a great fit for us:

The course is created by someone who has large influence in the AirBNB world, and we had to find his email and phone number from his other business, as well as a short summary of what he does.
Skills and Experience:
- Must be skilled in data mining and online research
- Proven experience in data gathering and verification
- Familiarity with social media platforms
Though I only need the data to be compiled once, precision and detail are paramount, as is having a good understanding of privacy laws and regulations. Your ability to provide accurate and verifiable contact information will be key to this project.
