Advanced Sales Tracking Spreadsheet Creation

I'm looking for an expert in Excel or Google Sheets to create a comprehensive sales tracking spreadsheet for me. I would prefer it to be hosted on Microsoft OneDrive, as our company uses this platform.
Essentially, each sales representative will have a custom workbook. I want each workbook to link to master workbook that we can then roll up into a summation page. I want to have a template I can use multiple times for multiple sales teams in different cities
We also need to take information dumped into excel and populate it into the workbooks. The information will be dumped from our company CRM and database mgmt software.
