Seeking an experienced Adobe PDF specialist to populate text and convert a Word document into a fillable PDFs. The fillable PDF that will require text from other sources documents to be populated into the form and features such as choice drop-down menus (for up to 23 options), date population, and electronic signatures, so both attention to detail and strong writing skills are required.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide technical guidance on the ideal way to create the PDF forms for the end user experience, including offering creative options for consolidating forms.
