Admin Medical Records Virtual Assistant - 31/12/2025 04:40 EST
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a virtual assistant that streamlines patient record management for our administration staff. The core task is to centralise billing and insurance information in a single, easy-to-navigate interface that plugs into our existing practice management software.
My priorities are:
• Fast, reliable retrieval of billing details and current insurance status for every patient.
• Simple data-entry screens so staff can add or update claims without jumping between systems.
• Role-based access controls to keep confidential data locked down to authorised users only.
• A concise activity log so we always know who edited what and when.
If you can tie in optional modules—such as medical-history or prescription tabs—please flag that in your proposal, but the first release must nail the billing and insurance workflow.
Acceptance criteria
• Working web-based assistant (or lightweight desktop app) installed on our test server.
• Seamless read/write connection to our SQL-based patient database.
• Clear, commented source code plus a short admin guide.
• Demo session with my team showing every feature above.
Tech stack is flexible; I am happy with Python, Node, or similar mainstream frameworks as long as security and HIPAA-compliant handling are baked in. Let me know the approach you recommend and the timeline you need to deliver production-ready code.
