Admin Assistant for Calendar Management -- 2
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a reliable assistante administrative who can completely take over the management of my calendars and appointments. You will work inside Google Calendar, keeping every meeting, deadline, and follow-up perfectly organised and up to date.
Here is what the role looks like day to day:
• Receive meeting requests (mostly by email), confirm availability with me, then create the event in the shared Google Calendar with all details filled in.
• Send concise reminders to participants 24 hours and 1 hour before each appointment.
• Proactively spot conflicts or double-bookings and propose alternative slots.
• At the end of each week, provide a brief summary of the coming week’s schedule so I can review it at a glance.
Everything happens in Google Calendar, so solid mastery of its features—sharing settings, time-zone handling, color-coding, and notification rules—is essential. Communication with me will be in French, and I appreciate clear, prompt messages.
If you have a proven track record managing busy executive agendas and feel confident you can keep mine running smoothly, I’d love to hear how you would approach the first month and the tools or methods you rely on to stay precise.
