Adding Prices To Products and Adding Products

I have 3 website all sell the same products, 2 websites are word press and other 1 is shopify.
I need you to accurately add prices from a excel spreadsheet according to product code and descriptions and variations.

Approx 150 produts need pricing
Approx 100 products to add with variations

products will only need adding to shopify site and one wordpress site.
