Active Administrative assistant
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our organization. When guests arrive at the office, you will greet them and determine the reason for their visit. You will support our staff with clerical duties, including answering phones, making copies, and organizing files. When necessary, you will also input information into our database to ensure our electronic files are updated. We prefer candidates who have some administrative support experience, but we are willing to train the right person.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and greet clients and office guests.
2. Support office staff and executives with clerical tasks.
3. Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, other office-related events, and travel arrangements; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments.
4. Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
5. Type out paper and electronic correspondence and prepare outgoing mail and packages for executives
Help prepare presentation materials.
The minimum pay rate for these roles is set at a minimum of $19.25 per hour with comprehensive benefit option availability after 90 days:

Other Tasks That May Be Asked Of You: Contribute to a team-based culture and friendly working environment by carrying out administrative support duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning. Performing general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Assisting on special assignments assigned by office manager. Each administrative assistant may be expected to help with compiling and organizing reports and documents, working with other departments or on behalf of the software coding team team. Arranging and scheduling meetings will occasionally be needed of administrative assistants which will include reserving and setting up conference rooms and videoconferencing. Assisting in preparation of expense reports and investigating issues when necessary. Administrative support may also include attending those meetings to capture minutes and action items. When front desk needs assistance, the administrative assistant will serve as backup receptionist - taking on duties which include... directing phone calls and greeting visitors (answering main phone office set up for new staff hires, document drafting, development and revision, assembling and maintaining statistical data
