I have a collection of printed documents that need to be converted into a clean, digital format. The job is strictly text data entry—no numeric fields involved—but I do require advanced validation as you go. That means double-checking spelling, consistent capitalization, uniform spacing, and flagging any illegible sections so we can resolve them quickly.

I will scan and supply the pages as high-resolution PDFs. You can decide whether to rely on an OCR tool such as ABBYY FineReader or Adobe Acrobat as a starting point, but every line must ultimately be reviewed manually to guarantee accuracy.

Deliverables:
• A fully proof-read, error-free text file (Word or Google Docs—your choice) that mirrors the original layout where practical
• A brief validation log noting corrections, uncertainties, and pages that required extra attention
