I have a batch of plain-text PDFs that I need re-typed quickly and accurately into an editable file (Word or Google Docs is fine). The originals contain no tables, charts, headers, or footers—just straightforward paragraphs—so the task is purely about faithful transcription and careful proofreading to make sure every word, punctuation mark, and line break matches the source.
