public school teacher strike information compiling

For United States,specifically, I am trying to collect the following data for each school (district) that had went on strike:
1. Name of the school (school district);
2. Month, day, and year the strike began;
3. Whether teachers walked out of the classrooms;
            3a. If the date they walked out differs (2),the date they stopped teaching;
            3b. If some fraction of teachers stopped teaching, what that fraction was;
4. Month, day, and year the strike ended;
5. The main point of disagreement that led to the strike (e.g. salary or wages, benefits, …)
