What type of website is the survey about? Real Estate and Mortgage Education for the everyday American - Surveyor will ask questions about the way we intend to teach the information, certain membership benefits to encourage education, past experiences with realtors or mortgage lenders.
Which specific topics will the survey cover about the e-commerce website? Usability, Design, Products and Services - Topics include trust preferences, website trust and utilization.
What aspect of the website is most important to you? Products and Services
We will not supply the respondents. Surveyor must create the list of who the respondents will be. This is intentional so that we get a true, raw dataset from people with whom we have never had a business relationship. Respondents will be verified. A handout will go out to each respondent that should read it before answering survey questions. That is attached.
