AI diesel mechanic using chat gpt

I would like a program that could diagnose engine codes on semi trucks and then give detailed info on how to fix it.. There is a huge need in the real world for diesel mechanics that can understand each trucks software and diagnose problems. Chat gpt could make the average person understand and then fix problems with big trucks.. Mack, Freightliner, Cummins each use different software and it make it very hard to use and understand each companies software.. I would like someone to build this for me.. Can this be done??
