Zoho–OrangeHRM Payroll Integration

I’m rolling out Zoho Payroll for our organisation and, in parallel, want OrangeHRM deployed as the central HR portal. The engagement covers three tightly-linked workstreams:

• Zoho Payroll – complete first-time configuration, import of historical employee and payroll records, and any custom rules or formulas we use for allowances, deductions, and statutory filings.
• OrangeHRM – fresh installation (Docker on cloud - Hostinger ) with Leave Management, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Service modules fully enabled, branded, and permissioned. Most of these features are inbuilt, need configuration on documenti backup and traefik for SSL
• Integration – build a bridge between the two systems so employee data, leave balances, and time logs flow in real time, reports can be scheduled automatically, and unified user authentication keeps the sign-on experience seamless.

All development must use officially supported APIs or webhooks and be documented well enough for my internal team to maintain. Let me know your approach, estimated timeline for each milestone, and any similar deployments you’ve completed.
