WhatsApp Manufacturing Catalog Collection

I have a list of roughly one-hundred manufacturing companies that I need contacted on WhatsApp right away. Your job is to reach out to each company, politely request their full product catalogue, and collect every file they provide. They usually send these catalogues as PDFs, and that is the exact format I need preserved—please do not convert or compress them in any other way.
Once you have the files, sort them clearly by company name (sub-folders are fine) so I can browse everything without hunting. If a company sends multiple editions or language versions, keep those grouped together under the same folder. When all one-hundred responses are in, zip the organised directory and hand me a single download link or cloud folder.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria):
• PDFs from each of the ~100 manufacturing companies, organised by company name.
• A simple index sheet (Excel, Google Sheet, or similar) listing company, date contacted, date catalog received, and any missing responses.
• All work completed and shared back as soon as humanly possible; I’m aiming for an immediate turnaround.
