100K US Websites & Executives

I am putting together a master database of 100,000 U.S.-based websites matched to the top decision-maker—President, CEO, Founder, or Owner.

Here is what I need from you:

Deliverables
• A clean spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with at least these columns: Website URL, Company Name, Executive Name, Executive Title.
• Wherever possible, add Email, Phone, LinkedIn URL, and the public source link you used for verification.
• All records must be U.S. organisations; no international domains.
• Zero duplicates—both on domain and on executive name within the same company.

Acceptance Criteria
1. A random sample of 500 rows must show 95 %+ accuracy on names and titles when cross-checked against the source links you provide.
2. Bounce rate on any supplied emails must stay below 10 % when tested.
3. Final count of valid, unique records delivered: 100,000.

I have no preference for the tools you use—Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, web scraping, or your proprietary method—as long as the data meets the accuracy standards above. Please tell me the method you plan to follow and the estimated timeframe.
