1M Verified U.S. Executive Leads C-SUITE

I am assembling a master file of one million U.S.–based CEO, CFO and COO contacts drawn primarily from the construction, manufacturing and real-estate sectors, with transport-related firms accepted where they overlap these verticals. Every record must come with a corporate email address that has already been run through email verification tools so we start with near-zero bounces.

Beyond the verified email, the usual context fields (full name, company name, job title, industry tag, city / state) are expected; phone numbers or LinkedIn URLs are a bonus but not required. I am aiming for genuine decision-makers at active companies, not holding entities or consultants.

Deliverables
• 1,000,000 unique rows in CSV or XLSX
• Verification report or screenshot proving emails were validated (accepting ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, BriteVerify or similar)
• Duplicate rate under 1 % and hard-bounce rate under 2 % on a random sample I will test

I will review a 2,000-row sample before releasing the final milestone, so please be sure your source and cleaning process can withstand scrutiny and U.S. CAN-SPAM compliance.
