30k Verified US Executive Contacts

I require a fresh database of 30,000 U.S.–based executives — specifically the primary decision-maker at each company (CEO, President, Owner, Managing Partner, or equivalent). Every record must include the executive’s full name and a work-based email that has already passed verification. Bounce-free delivery is essential; I expect a high accuracy rate consistent with tools such as ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, Hunter, or comparable verification services.

Scope of work
• Source or compile 30,000 unique companies across the United States.
• Identify the top-ranked executive for each organization.
• Verify each email before delivery and flag any address that fails validation so I can remove it from the final count.

Deliverable
A single CSV or Excel file containing:
1. Company name
2. Executive’s full name
3. Verified work email address
4. Optional: job title, phone, website, industry, employee count (include if readily available)

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 97 % deliverability rate on a random sample test.
• No role-based or generic emails (e.g., info@, sales@, admin@).
• Duplicate contacts or companies will be rejected.

Timeline and communication
Once you confirm the data source and your verification method, we’ll lock milestones: initial sample (500 contacts), mid-run check (10,000 contacts), and full hand-off (30,000 contacts). Prompt status updates during each stage will help us move efficiently toward final approval and release of payment.
