Verified Etsy & eBay Owner Leads

I need a fresh, accurate lead list of active Etsy and eBay store owners. For every contact you collect, I must have four data points: first name, last name, store name, and phone number, together with a verified email address.

Please run each email through reliable email-verification tools so that the file I receive is essentially bounce-free; include the verification status or confidence score so I can see the proof of quality at a glance.

Deliverables
• Spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) containing: First Name, Last Name, Store Name, Phone Number, Verified Email, Verification Status
• A brief summary of the verification tool(s) used and overall bounce-rate expectation

Acceptance Criteria
• All stores belong to Etsy or eBay (no other platforms)
• Every email passes verification and is marked valid
• At least 95 % of phone numbers connect to the same owner listed in the email record
