Verified NY Contractor Contact List

I need a clean, up-to-date spreadsheet of verified general contractors operating anywhere in New York State. The file must be delivered as an Excel workbook and include both firm-level data and a named point of contact for each company.

The scope covers contractors active in residential construction, commercial construction, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Every entry must be current, sourced from publicly available records or reputable industry databases, and double-checked for accuracy before delivery.

Deliverable
• An Excel (.xlsx) file containing one row per contractor. For each row provide the full firm details (legal name, address, phone, website, licence or registration reference) and the corresponding contact person’s details (name, position, direct phone, email).

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 95 % of email addresses must pass an online validation check at hand-off.
• No duplicate companies or duplicate contact emails.
• All data confined to New York State contractors only and spanning the three requested industry categories.
