Verified Church Contact Database
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m building a clean, human-verified database of churches so my marketing team can promote the new book “Get a Grip on Your Grief!”
Scope
• Denominations: Protestant and non-denominational only.
• Size: congregations under 500 members.
• Geography: anywhere in the United States and Canada, no regional limits in either country.
Every record must be confirmed by you—either a quick call or a test email—to be sure the information is live and accurate. I also need you to route initial outreach through the CEO, Pastor, Bishop, or their appointed representative; they will point me to the correct ministry leader for follow-up.
Deliver a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing for each church:
• Church name
• Website URL
• Main telephone number
• Active email address
• Contact person named by leadership
• That person’s title
Acceptance criteria
1. A sample of 20 contacts will be spot-checked first; at least 90 % must connect without bounce or wrong number.
2. Final file should have consistent formatting and no duplicates.
If the first batch meets those standards, we’ll move on to additional countries.
