I need a fresh, well-structured Excel spreadsheet that captures every vape shop operating in the United Kingdom. The file should be split so I can instantly see which entries trade exclusively online and which have a physical storefront (feel free to add a third tab if a shop falls into both categories). Also easily definable by area. (Postcode)
Please gather and verify as many data points as are publicly available for each store: legal business name, full postal address, general email, telephone number, website, social channels, owner or manager name, trading hours, Companies House or VAT number where listed, plus any other contact routes you find useful. The goal is to build a single source of truth that I can rely on for outreach and market analysis, so accuracy and de-duplication matter more than sheer row count.
Deliverables
• One Excel workbook (.xlsx) with at least two clearly labelled sheets: “Physical Stores”, “Online-Only Stores”.
• Consistent column headings across sheets, no blank columns, and every field aligned to its correct data type.
• Entries cross-checked to remove duplicates and obvious defunct listings.
• Final file passes a quick spot-check (random 20 records) for working phone numbers or active URLs.
If a piece of information cannot be located after reasonable effort, just leave that cell blank—no filler text please.
