User Interviews, Dealer Visits & In-Vehicle Voice System Testing in Brasil
Budget: €6,000 – €9,000 EUR
We are conducting a research project focused on in-vehicle intelligent voice assistant products. The project includes user interviews, visits to automotive dealers, and hands-on testing of selected vehicles equipped with advanced voice interaction systems.
Scope of Work:
1. User Interviews
Conduct in-depth interviews with 5 participants who meet the following criteria:
- Native speaker
- Age between 18-55
- Possess a valid local driver’s license and own a vehicle
- Minimum of 5 years driving experience
- Prior experience using intelligent voice assistant products (can include automotive, mobile, or smart home devices)
Deliverables:
Audio recordings or detailed transcripts of each interview
Basic demographic information of participants (anonymized)
Summary of key insights and recurring feedback
2. Dealer Visits
Conduct on-site visits to 8 mainstream automotive brand dealerships in your area
Investigate and document vehicle models equipped with relatively advanced in-car voice assistant systems
Provide:
Photos and/or videos of showroom vehicles (where allowed)
A summary report listing key models and their voice interaction capabilities
3. In-Vehicle Voice System Testing
Based on the interviews and dealership research, select 2 representative vehicle models for in-depth voice assistant testing
Testing breakdown:
a) Feature Mapping & Voice Capability Exploration – Estimated 4 hours per vehicle
b) Voice Command Testing
100 voice wake-up attempts
100 control-related voice commands (e.g., climate, media control)
100 navigation and entertainment search voice commands
After testing, submit a detailed subjective evaluation report covering:
System performance
Accuracy and reliability
Unique features or pain points identified
Deliverables:
- 5 completed user interviews (audio/transcripts + summary)
- Dealer visit report with photos/videos and model information
- 2 detailed vehicle testing reports with recorded data and subjective evaluation
Timeline:
Full project to be completed within 15-20 days after project award
Additional Notes:
Preference will be given to freelancers with prior user research, dealership visit, or automotive testing experience
