University Faculty & Researchers Contact List

I need a clean, accurate contact list for faculty and staff drawn from online sources—primarily LinkedIn profiles and official university web pages. The scope is small and focused: gather data from 1 to 5 universities initially. If this goes well, we will expand and also include corporate lists as well.

Please compile everything into a single Excel sheet with these columns in this exact order: Name, Department, Work Phone, and Email (when available). Consistency of formatting matters because I will be importing the file into my CRM once it is complete.

To help me decide quickly, attach a short sample or link that shows past work where you built or cleaned similar lists. If you already have a proven method for verifying emails or handling departments with multiple sub-units, mention that briefly as well.

THis list must NOT have any failed contact information or department centrealized phone numbers but a direct contact number of the faculty or research scientist.

Accuracy and completeness are far more important to me than sheer volume. I will review the random rows as a milestone before we proceed to the remainder.
