30k USA Refinery Email Leads

I’m sourcing a fresh, permission-based email list containing 30,000 contacts from industrial construction companies operating refineries across the United States. Every record must belong to a Project Manager working directly for a refinery contractor, EPC firm, or owner-operator.

To be useful, each row needs:
• Contact’s full name
• Corporate email (no Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
• Job title that clearly includes “Project Manager” or its accepted variants
• Company name and refinery segment confirmation
• City, state, ZIP, and phone (direct or switchboard)

Bounce rate must stay under 5 %. I will spot-check against Hunter and NeverBounce. Supply the list as a clean CSV ready for upload into HubSpot.
