I’m looking for a clean list of five-million (5,000,000) email addresses that belong to small-business contractors and remodeling companies anywhere in the United States.
Scope
• Industries: both general contractors and remodeling firms—residential or light commercial.
• Data point required: email address only. Please do not include phones, mailing addresses, or other fields.
• Geography: all 50 states are welcome as long as each record represents a genuine U.S. small business in the target industries.
Deliverable
• A single CSV file containing a minimum of 5 million unique, active email addresses.
• No duplicates, no role-based addresses (info@, sales@, etc.) above a small minority, and a recent-verification bounce rate below 5 %.
Acceptance
I will spot-check a random sample through a verification tool; payment releases once the file meets the volume and quality criteria above.
