I am a Lead Contracts/Commercial & Claims Manager based in the UAE, building a comprehensive database to support my upcoming job search. This project involves researching and compiling detailed information on key professionals and recruiters within the UAE construction industry.
You will work using the attached Excel file as the master template, which contains three sheets with clearly defined formats and instructions.
Scope of Work
Sheet 1: Companies
Objective:
Identify and extract relevant companies and entities from the construction and real estate sector in the UAE.
Tasks:
Research companies that fit the “Type” categories listed (government entities, semi‑government entities, private developers, consultancies, contractors).
Add additional similar companies to expand the database.
Focus on companies based in the United Arab Emirates.
Identify professionals working in these companies based on the target job titles highlighted in the sheet.
Sheet 2: Professionals Details – Company
Objective:
Find and record professional contacts (individuals who have hiring influence or can support my recruitment prospects) working in the companies listed in Sheet 1.
Tasks:
Collect complete details of professionals, including Name, Job Title, Company, Location, LinkedIn URL, and Email (if available).
Include only professionals based in the UAE.
Follow the exact format and column structure provided in Sheet 2.
Target:
1,000 verified professional leads
Sheet 3: Professionals Details – Recruiter
Objective:
Identify recruiters and talent acquisition professionals who hire specifically for UAE construction‑related roles.
Tasks:
Research recruiters globally who focus on UAE‑based roles in construction, contracting, consulting, engineering, or real estate.
Include individuals working in:
Recruitment agencies
Executive search firms
In-house HR or talent acquisition teams
Independent or freelance recruiters
Collect complete contact details following the format provided in Sheet 3.
