Ticino & Milan Contacts Database

Compile a clean, up-to-date spreadsheet containing the full contact stack for two sets of companies:

A.130 leading companies operating in Ticino, Switzerland (my list of Companies)
B. 100 Top Companies + 200 small and medium-sized businesses based in Milan, Italy (to search)

For every company include:
– Direct email, direct phone (or extension) and job title for the Marketing lead, HR lead and General Manager + Company Address

The file must be delivered in Excel with separate columns for company name, industry, complete Company address, each role, and its associated email/phone/address. Cite the public source (website, LinkedIn, chamber of commerce record, etc.) used for every line so verification is straightforward.

Acceptance criteria
1. At least 95 % of entries contain a valid email and phone for each of the three roles.
2. No obvious duplicates; businesses must be headquartered in the regions specified.
3. Sources are traceable and dated within the past 60 days.

That’s the entire scope—once the sheet meets those checks, the project is complete.
