Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I want a clean, verifiable spreadsheet with 200 independent doctors based anywhere in Texas. For each doctor please capture:
• Practice website (mandatory—no listing pages)
• Direct email address to the doctor or office manager
• Main phone number for the practice
• Full mailing address, including ZIP code
Scraping aggregated directories is fine as a starting point, but cross-check every record on the practice’s own site to confirm accuracy. No duplicates, no outdated hospitals, and definitely no generic info@ addresses if a personal or role-based contact is visible.
Deliver the data in a Google Sheet or Excel file with separate columns for Name, Specialty (if visible), Website, Email, Phone, and Address. I’ll spot-check 20 entries; anything with unreachable contacts or missing websites will need replacing before final approval.
