Telangana Irrigation Projects Dataset
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m building a research‐grade dataset of every irrigation project ever announced or executed in Telangana and need your help gathering the facts. Your task is to search reliable, publicly available sources—government gazettes, Assembly proceedings, Irrigation & CAD Department releases, CAG reports, press briefings, reputable news archives—then capture the information in a clean Excel file.
For each constituency list every distinct irrigation project and record:
• Project name
• Constituency
• Year sanctioned (official approval or foundation‐stone date)
• Year completed/commissioned – or current status if unfinished
• Name of the minister who held portfolio responsibility at sanction (and, if different, at completion)
• Source URL or citation for verification
Structure the spreadsheet so rows are first grouped by constituency and, within each constituency, ordered chronologically by sanction year. One row per project is enough; no merged cells or hidden columns, please.
Accuracy is critical because the file will underpin academic research. Cross-check dates and ministerial names across at least two reputable sources wherever possible and flag any conflicting data in a remarks column.
Deliverable: a fully populated .xlsx file ready for immediate analysis.
I’ll review the work for completeness, consistency, and clear citations before sign-off.
