Targeted Text Data Collection

I’m assembling a sizable corpus of text data and want an experienced freelancer to handle the end-to-end collection process. The final dataset should be clean, well-structured, and ready for downstream analysis or model training.

Scope
• Collect text data only (no images, video, or numeric tables).
• Source flexibility: I’m open to pulling from websites, public documents, APIs, or other legally accessible repositories—whichever offers the most efficient path to the volume and quality we need.
• De-duplicate, remove obvious spam, and preserve original formatting where it adds meaning (e.g., headings, bullet points).
• Deliver the results in UTF-8 CSV or JSON along with a brief log of acquisition steps so I can reproduce or extend the work later.

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 95 % of records must pass a basic language-detection check for the target language.
• No personally identifiable information (PII) in the final file.
• File loads without errors in Python (pandas) and Excel.
