Systematic Review Data Collection
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m preparing a systematic review and meta-analysis and need meticulous help assembling the evidence base. All data must come from peer-reviewed journal articles; no conference abstracts or grey literature will be included. Searches should be run in PubMed and Web of Science as core engines, then mirrored in Google Scholar and Scopus to capture any additional records.
You’ll screen titles and abstracts against my inclusion/exclusion criteria (I’ll share a short protocol) and export full citations into a shared spreadsheet. For every article that passes full-text screening, extract the predefined variables—study design, sample size, primary outcome metrics, and any risk-of-bias details—and enter them in tidy, well-labeled columns.
Deliverables
• A PRISMA-style flow spreadsheet showing counts at each screening stage
• Clean CSV/Excel file with all extracted variables, ready for meta-analysis
• EndNote, Zotero, or RIS file containing all included citations
Acceptance criteria
• Searches reproducible via saved strategies and timestamped search strings
• 100 % field completion for each included study
• Duplicate records removed and documented
Familiarity with systematic review standards (PRISMA, Cochrane) and reference managers will be essential. I’ll be on hand for quick clarifications and periodic spot checks; otherwise, you can work independently and update progress in our shared drive.
