Subdivision Data Collection Sheet
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m compiling a master list of residential subdivisions and need accurate firm info for each one—developer name, and any other company identifiers that appear in official filings. All research must come straight from local government websites (plats, planning agendas, assessor portals, etc.) so every entry can be traced back to an authoritative source.
The finished work goes into a shared Google Sheet I’ll provide, using the column structure already set up. Simply overwrite the placeholder rows with your findings and link to the exact page or document where you pulled the data; that citation column is mandatory for sign-off.
I’ll spot-check a sample before full acceptance, so consistency in spelling, capitalisation, and URL formatting is important. If something is missing or unclear on a subdivision, add a note rather than leaving a blank—transparency matters more than guesswork.
Once the sheet is complete and passes the cross-check, the project is done.
