Structured Interview Data Collection
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m in the data-gathering stage of my research and need reliable support to run a series of structured interviews. All interview questions are finalised, the participant pool is ready, and ethics clearance is complete; what I’m missing is a meticulous partner who can handle the logistics, capture every response accurately, and package the material in the three formats my committee requires.
Here’s what the assignment looks like: you will find the interviewee and schedule and conduct each structured session (around 30 minutes per participant), record the conversation on both video and high-quality audio, and immediately create a verbatim written transcript. I’ll supply the question script and preferred intro/outro wording so every interview stays consistent. You’re welcome to use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar software as long as the resulting files are clear and universally accessible.
Deliverables I expect for every completed interview:
• MP4 video file
• WAV or high-bit-rate MP3 audio file
• Clean, time-stamped Word or PDF transcript
Acceptance criteria:
• Audio free from background noise and distortion
• Video in 720 p resolution or higher, with participants visible throughout
• Transcripts ≥ 99 % accurate, speaker-labelled, and matching the structured question order
I’ll review each set within 48 hours and sign off or request light edits. Once all interviews are approved, the project is complete. If you have experience conducting structured interviews and access to dependable recording and transcription tools, I’d love to work together so this research stays on schedule.
