South-West UK GDPR Email List
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need an Excel database of at least 5,000 GDPR-compliant contacts drawn from design-led and tech-oriented companies across the South West of the UK. The sectors I’m focusing on include architecture, engineering, CAD, creative and media agencies, video and games studios, software houses, cybersecurity firms, and data specialists.
My current preference is data gathered directly from company websites rather than from public directories or third-party industry databases; this will help ensure both accuracy and compliance. I’ll confirm the exact counties and localities shortly, but everything must fall within the South West of England region.
Minimum information per row:
• Company name
• Direct email address suitable for B2B outreach (no info@ or sales@ unless that is the only public GDPR-permitted address)
Delivery expectations:
• One Excel file, cleanly structured and ready for immediate mail-merge use
• At least 5,000 unique, non-duplicated records meeting the industry and geography criteria
• A brief note describing your collection method to demonstrate GDPR compliance (lawful basis, public availability, and time of capture)
I’ll review a 200-row sample first; once approved, you can complete the full list.
