Here’s what a winning lead looks like to me:
• Asking price at least 10 % below the CarGurus “Instant Market Value”, KBB, or similar benchmark.
• Full vehicle details: year, make, model, trim, mileage, VIN, location, seller contact, asking price, and your source link or screenshot.
• Quick notes on obvious reconditioning needs or red flags so I can gauge true turnaround cost.
• Comparable sale data that backs up the margin you’re projecting.
You can pull listings from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, dealer wholesale sheets—whatever channels you prefer—as long as each lead meets the discount threshold and can realistically be closed in the UK market. I don’t need salvage titles unless the math still works.
Deliverables
1. Spreadsheet or Airtable with at least 15 qualified SUV leads.
2. Supporting screenshots/links for each listing.
3. A brief summary paragraph highlighting the three most promising flips and why.
