Solana Ecosystem Research Assistant Needed

We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelance research assistant to help us build a list of potential outreach targets in the Solana ecosystem.

We are building a non-custodial token distribution platform on Solana.
At this stage, we do not need a community manager, sales closer, or growth strategist.

We need help with research and lead sourcing only.

What we need:
• Find Solana projects that may need token distribution, rewards, claim, or airdrop infrastructure
• Collect and organize:
• project name
• website
• X account
• Telegram / Discord links
• founder / operator / community lead accounts
• recent activity signals such as claim, rewards, snapshot, airdrop, contributor rewards, holder rewards
• Add a short note on why each project may be a good fit
• Organize everything clearly in Google Sheets

Output:
• 30 qualified Solana projects
• links and contact points
• recent public activity signals
• short qualification notes
• simple priority score

Requirements:
• Strong online research skills
• Good written English
• Comfortable using X, Telegram, Discord, project websites, and public docs
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Bonus if you know Solana / Web3

Important:
This is not a marketing strategy role.
This is not a content role.
This is not a community management role.

Priority guidance:
Please prioritize smaller or mid-sized Solana projects with active communities and visible reward / claim / snapshot / airdrop signals, especially if they do not appear to have strong in-house distribution infrastructure.

Please avoid focusing on very large projects that are likely to already have mature internal claim, rewards, or distribution systems.

This is a paid trial project to identify a reliable research assistant for possible ongoing work.
