On-Site Patient Load Survey

This assignment involves an in-person visit to RD Gardi Medical College in Ujjain to speak directly with Post Graduate Doctors in both the Radiology and Dermatology departments. I need clear, verifiable figures on the average number of patients these departments handle per day.

What you will do:
• Go to the Radiology and Dermatology units, locate a current Post Graduate Doctor (PGT) on duty, and politely request the average daily patient load for their respective department.
• Record the exact numbers they provide and note the date, time, the PGT’s name, and, if possible, a brief confirmation signature or stamp for authenticity. A quick photo of the relevant OPD register page or a signed note on departmental letterhead would be ideal supporting evidence.
• Submit a concise report summarising the figures for each department along with any supporting photos or signed confirmations.

Acceptance criteria:
• A separate average-patients-per-day figure for Radiology and for Dermatology, each sourced from a PGT.
• Evidence that the information came from the stated source (e.g., photo of register or signed note).
• Report delivered in Word, PDF, or simple text format within the agreed timeframe.

No phone or email inquiries will suffice; the data must be gathered on site.
