I need a fresh, GDPR-compliant database of 200–300 k corporate email addresses for small and medium enterprises across the Netherlands. The list must zero in on four sectors I actively market to: automotive, agriculture, industrial/B2B services, and camper or motorhome-related businesses.

I’m targeting decision-makers who can green-light campaigns—specifically marketing managers and operations managers. CEOs or other roles are welcome if they surface naturally, but my primary focus is on those two titles.
