50K US Retail Firms & CEOs

I’m building a large-scale marketing outreach campaign and need a rock-solid database of 50,000 verified, U.S.–based companies that employ within 21-50, 51–250, 251-500 people. For every company, I must have the active website URL and the current top decision-maker—President, CEO, or Owner—clearly identified.

Please source each record from publicly available information (company websites, zoominfo, business registries, etc.) and run the contacts through an email verification tool so the list is campaign-ready.

Deliverables
• Spreadsheet (Excel Sheets) with:
– Company name
– Website URL (live and verified)
– Executive’s full name & exact title (President, CEO, or Owner)
• Verification report showing bounce-rate test or tool used

Acceptance Criteria
• 50,000 unique retail companies, no duplicates
• Executive title accurate as of the last 6 months
