Research 1,500 Surplus Leads

I need 1,500 surplus-fund leads from non-judicial foreclosure states—California, Texas, Georgia or any other kind of judicial state—and I need every record verified and enriched. Your task is to dig through public records and any professional databases you have access to, then hand back a clean, consolidated file for outreach.

What I must receive from you:
• A spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) containing one row per lead and, at minimum, these columns: previous owner's name, amount of surplus, current mailing address, phone number, email, property address, and auction or foreclosure date.
• Source notes or links for each data point so I can double-check anything quickly.

Public records and professional databases are approved sources for this project but if you have other methods it is welcome as well; social media lookups are not required. If you commonly pull data from tools such as PropStream, TLOxp, LexisNexis, or similar, feel free—just be sure the information is up-to-date.
