• U.S.-based intelligence service firms (not general cybersecurity or MSPs unless they list intel/OSINT services)
• Prefer those that serve law enforcement, federal government, or public safety
• Try to find at least 150 total, across small, medium, and large categories
• Bonus if you include firms in or near Dayton Ohio

Timeline:
• 5-day delivery preferred
• Priority given to freelancers with strong research or government contracting knowledge
