Research US Conference Attendees

Job ID: 40060511

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

APPLY BY: Find one example conference in California for each of the following industries: Human Resources, Real Estate, Engineering & Consulting, and Professional Services and provide the conference name, website link, and the price or method for accessing the attendee list (the list itself is not required); once approved, you’re hired.

I need rapid-turnaround research on conferences taking place in the United States within the next one to two weeks across a few industries I will specify once we start. The end goal is to fuel an upcoming marketing outreach campaign, so accuracy and source transparency are critical.

Here’s what I expect:
• Identify every relevant event that falls within the date window, confirm its exact dates and venue, and paste the public event URL.
• Check whether a full attendee list is published. If it is, pull the data into a clean CSV with: first name, last name, company, title/role, event name, and the direct source link for each record.
• When a list is not public, go one level deeper. Search event websites and reputable list vendors (those are my preferred sources) for sponsors, exhibitors, or any third-party provider that is legally offering the data. For each potential source, capture a working link, a brief note on what’s offered, and the stated price. Absolutely no purchases should be made—just present the options.

Deliverables will be:
1. A master spreadsheet of events with dates, locations, URLs, and status of attendee-list availability.
2. One CSV per event that has public data, formatted to the fields above.
3. A supplemental sheet outlining vendor or third-party options whenever public data is not available, complete with links and pricing details.

If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable digging beyond the obvious pages, and can cite every source you touch, this should be a straightforward but fast-moving assignment.
