• A balanced mix of multiple-choice items for quick quantitative insights, carefully worded Likert-scale statements to capture attitudes, and a select set of open-ended prompts that invite richer qualitative commentary.
• Logical sectioning that mirrors my research questions and variables, with clear skip logic noted where relevant.
