Real USA IT Resumes Collection
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Description
In the first phase, we require 20,000 real IT resumes from the USA with a fixed total budget of USD 50. This project will be awarded to only one reliable vendor. Vendors who successfully deliver quality work in this phase will gain access to our ongoing 900,000-resume project. This is a long-term opportunity for dedicated and trustworthy partners.
Mandatory Requirements
• Resumes must be submitted by real IT employees, not scraped or auto-generated.
• Location must be USA only — candidate must be currently based in the United States.
• Valid +1 (USA) phone number must be present on each resume.
• Only active and correct contact details will be accepted.
• We need a diverse mix of candidates living and working in the USA — not only Indian or South African profiles.
• IT employees only — no non-IT roles.
• Both original resumes and Excel sheets are required (data copied exactly from resumes).
• No LinkedIn B2B extracted data, no tool-based data (ContactOut, Apollo, Swordfish, etc. not allowed).
• Only resumes collected directly from legitimate job portals or real candidates will be accepted. Authenticity and relevance will be strictly verified.
• No fabricated or fake resumes — must be 100% real.
Additional Mandatory Filters
• We need working IT professionals in the USA with at least 1 years of experience.
• No freshers, no unemployed candidates, no recent graduates.
