100k Real Estate Sales Leads

I’m looking for a data-sourcing specialist who can deliver 100,000 fresh, accurate leads in the real estate space specifically targeted at property sales. Each lead should be fully verified and include, at a minimum, contact name, phone number, email, city/state, and a short note on their sales intent or recent listing activity.

I will be running multi-channel outreach campaigns, so clean formatting (CSV or Excel) and zero duplicates are essential. Scraping, list-building, or API pulls are fine as long as the data is compliant and up to date; no aged or recycled lists, please.

Before we proceed to the full volume, I’ll review a sample batch for quality and accuracy. Once approved, you can scale up to the remaining leads in logical increments so we can keep an eye on bounce rates and data integrity.

If you already work with sources such as Zillow, Realtor.com, or MLS data feeds—or proprietary datasets—you’ll have an advantage, but I’m open to any method that guarantees verified, sales-oriented contacts.
