Queensland Builders and Frame & Truss Contact List
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m compiling a comprehensive database of every Frame & Truss company and general Builder operating across Queensland and I need your help to finish it. The end product will be an Excel spreadsheet that can be sorted easily by region—South-East, Central and North Queensland—so I can target my outreach campaigns with precision.
Here’s what matters most:
• Ten columns of core data for each company: First Name, Last Name, Company, Email, Phone Number and Street, City, State, Postcode, Website.
• Accurate regional tagging so each record is clearly allocated to one of the three Queensland zones listed above.
• Sources must be reliable—please cross-reference online directories, the companies’ own websites, and any relevant industry associations to make sure every entry is up-to-date and valid.
Acceptance criteria
– Excel file contains three sheets covering all companies details for each specific area. (SEQ, Central, NQLD)
– No blank mandatory fields; if a detail truly cannot be found, note “N/A” and flag it so I can decide on follow-up.
– Random spot-checks on 10% of the list must show matching information on the public source you cite.
If you already have similar datasets, let me know; otherwise, begin fresh and provide a quick sample of five records from each region so we can confirm format before you proceed with the full scrape.
