Private Equity Firm Address Database 500 required
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m putting together a clean, up-to-date database of private-equity firms that contains just two things for each entry: the company name and its complete mailing address. No phone numbers, no performance data—only the key contact fields I actually use for direct mail campaigns.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Research reputable sources (official websites, regulatory filings, PitchBook, Crunchbase, industry directories, etc.) to identify active private-equity firms.
• Verify the firm’s legal name and full postal address, including suite or floor numbers where applicable, to minimize return-to-sender risk.
• Compile everything in a simple Excel or CSV file with clearly labeled columns: “Company Name” and “Mailing Address.”
Acceptance criteria
• Every row must have both fields populated and formatted for one-click mail-merge use (no line-break issues).
• Sources must be recent enough that addresses are still valid; I will spot-check a sample against company websites.
• No obvious duplicates—cross-check spelling variations and holding-company aliases before submission.
If you have prior experience building investor lists or working with databases like PitchBook or Preqin, let me know; that will speed up vetting. Looking forward to your questions and to seeing how many quality entries you can deliver in our first batch.
