Collect a clean, well-structured dataset on privately held companies through open-web research. The work centres on three core elements:
• Company identity and contact details – name, website, address, and a generic or enquiries email.
• Key personnel – list the principal decision-makers (CEO, founder, C-suite, country head, etc.) with their exact job titles.
• LinkedIn profile URLs for every person captured.
Populate everything in the Excel template I will share, one row per company with separate columns for each field. I’ll confirm the industry focus and final company count once we begin; please be comfortable scaling up or down.
Accuracy is essential: cross-reference the company website, reliable news sources and the individual’s LinkedIn page, and flag “N/A” only when a detail genuinely cannot be located. No paid databases—keep to publicly available information.
Return the completed spreadsheet and any concise research notes by the agreed deadline.
