Pre-2000 Gatineau Property Dataset

I need a complete, up-to-date dataset of every apartment building in Gatineau, Québec that has 12 or more residential units and was constructed before the year 2000. Your primary research must draw on real estate databases and may be verified against public records where helpful, but the bulk of the information should originate from professional property data sources.

Please exclude any properties held by housing cooperatives or nonprofit/community housing groups; I only want privately owned buildings.

The final Google Sheet should contain one row per qualifying property and include the following columns:
• Property address
• Number of residential units
• Year built
• Owner’s mailing address
• Owner’s phone number
• Owner’s email address

Accuracy and completeness are critical. I’ll review the sheet against spot-checked records, so be sure each entry is sourced and current.

When you apply, share a brief example of past work that shows you have gathered or cleaned comparable real estate data before. A short sample (three to five lines) from this project is welcome as well—it will help me judge data quality and formatting.
