Here’s what the work involves: you will contact each stated employer, confirm the candidate’s position and tenure, and note any discrepancies or red flags. Once the calls or written confirmations are complete, compile your findings into a concise report for every candidate, attaching proof of contact (e-mails, call notes, signed forms, or screenshots of verified HR portals).

Deliverables
• One verification report per candidate, clearly stating:
 – confirmed employer name and contact person
 – verified job title and employment dates
 – comments on data mismatches or issues
• Evidence of each verification attempt (call log, e-mail thread, or official HR response)
